Return Policy & Procedure
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED FROM THEALINKER.COM?
Merchandise purchased from the "thealinker.com" may be returned within 30 days of receipt. If you are unhappy with your purchase because you are not able to use the Alinker in a reasonable manner due to mobility difficulties, contact us and we will work with you to resolve the situation.
If it turns out that we can't resolve the situation to reasonable mutual satisfaction, we may replace or exchange the product, or issue a refund. Returns must be authorized in advance by phone or email, at which time you will be given the return shipping instructions.
All returned merchandise must be returned in pristine condition the original manufacturer’s packaging including the box it was shipped in, and the email with the return authorization.
To be eligible for a refund for a product purchased through thealinker.com, permission to return an item must be requested within 30 days from the shipping date and is subject to our approval. Note that all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returned items must include a copy of your receipt (with your order # and order details) that you received via email, as well as a copy of the return authorization.
You will be responsible for return shipping charges unless:
1. the return is due to our shipping error
2. the product is damaged or defective, in which case we will refund the shipping costs for ground or economy return shipments.
Please retain tracking information for your shipment, as we cannot assume responsibility for return packages lost in transit.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. If you received a damaged or defective product, please include photos showing the damage, and indicate whether you would like a refund or a replacement sent to you.
If the product is returned to us according to this Refund Policy and within 30 days of receipt, we will be happy to issue you a refund for the purchase of the product (less the restocking fee).
